We are happy to attend customer premises to repair and maintain equipment. We offer a same day callout service if required. Most repairs are carried out on site. If however this is not possible we have a well-equipped workshop to carry out more extensive jobs. For those customers that are able to fit parts themselves, we offer either a same day spare parts delivery service or you can collect from our trade counter – please ring us first though. If your high-pressure hose bursts we will deliver (and fit if required) a replacement within 3 hours for customers within a 30-mile radius of Evesham. Existing customers are contacted on a regular basis for scheduled service visits.
