GVS Backpack Sprayer with viton seals – 16L Battery Operated

Description

The GVS Backpack Sprayer with viton seals is a portable solution for professional window cleaning and soft washing. With a 16L tank capacity, lightweight design and adjustable straps, it provides comfortable use for longer jobs. The sprayer can be used with a variety of solutions and solvents, including pure water, biocide, water based sealers, making it a versatile tool for many cleaning tasks.

Powered by an 18-21V lithium-ion battery, the sprayer delivers up to 3.5 hours of working time and charges fully in approximately 4 hours. The nozzle designs increase coverage for faster, more efficient spraying.

GVS Backpack Setup Includes:

• 1 × Lance
• 1 × Adjustable shoulder straps
• 2 × Hoses (1 x hose with lance) (1 x hose with female 21 series connection or female 26 series with series 26 male or Claber® Aquastop)
• 1 x Removable battery and charger
• 1 x Cone nozzle 1.5mm
• 1 x Fan Spray nozzle 1.3mm
• 1 x Adjustable mist spray / straight stream nozzle 0.5mm
• 1 x F type dual nozzle (mist spray)

After each use, rinse out the solution with clean water and ensure the pump and hose are thoroughly flushed through for 3-5 minutes before storage. This is to ensure that spray materials do not harden and do not block the nozzles, hose and shut-off valve.

Sealers: Water-based sealers are generally suitable for use with the backpack as long as the solution is not too thick and is properly filtered before use. The viscosity of oil-based sealers may be too thick for standard spraying.

Chemicals Not Recommended
This sprayer is equipped with chemical-resistant sealing materials and is suitable for most spraying applications.

To avoid damage to sprayer components such as the nozzle, pump, tank, seals, and hose, the following chemicals or liquids are not recommended for use:

• Strong acids or strong alkaline chemicals
• Strong oxidizing agents
• Solvent-based liquids
• Flammable, explosive, or highly volatile liquids
• High-concentration bleach or disinfectants
• Liquids containing undissolved powders or solid particle
• High-viscosity liquids, paints, coatings, or adhesives
• Highly concentrated pesticides that have not been properly diluted

Use of incompatible chemicals may result in:

• Seal deterioration
• Nozzle blockage
• Component corrosion
• Leakage
• Reduced spraying performance
• Shortened product lifespan

After use, thoroughly rinse the inside of the sprayer and nozzle with clean water.

Always follow the chemical manufacturer’s safety instructions before use.
Never fill the sprayer with hot liquids (max temp 29°C).

Always wear protective clothing, respirator, gloves, eye protection, etc., when using chemicals.

This product is designed to apply chemicals that may be harmful and could cause serious personal injury if inhaled or brought into contact with the user.

Our current spray lance is made of stainless steel and brass, which offers excellent strength and pressure resistance. However, hypochlorite is a highly oxidizing liquid. Long-term use will corrode the brass and affect the stainless steel.  Occasional use will not cause rapid corrosion.
